Thank you Marina!!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to Marina for her wonderful routines! I'm new to Yoga and I've been following Marina's practices for about 2 months now and I'm already seeing progress - I can get my heels down on the floor for downward dogs which I have never been able to do!

I've done most of her 1/2/3 difficulty routines, but these ones are my go-tos and are so good for balance and relaxation and leaving you feeling fab!

I never thought I'd get into Yoga so I'm very grateful to FB for adding another amazing trainer to the team! Hopefully I'll tackle a 4 practice soon...
