It has been quite a while since I've posted. I do come on the website a lot actually and am lurking around reading posts and doing workouts. I'm still working through my pains so that's a thing. I hope you all are doing well.
I just wanted to share that my sister shared with me that at her school in gym they use FitnessBlender videos for workouts. I thought that was really awesome! When I was in school, my gym teacher had us doing "Insanity" (not that I'm saying anything bad about it). At the time though I've never heard of FitnessBlender so we were missing out haha!
