Need help with figuring out calorie intake

I always struggle figuring out how many calories I should have per day. I have a very stressful job and tend to fly a lot and sit for hours at work and after work hours. The only real physical activity I have is my workouts, so I’ll workout for an hour a day, but I’m otherwise sedentary.

I’m five feet tall and would like to lose more weight. With my workouts and sedentary lifestyle, I’m not sure what I should put myself for ordinary calorie calculators.

Would I be considered sedentary or moderately active? My step count is pitiful per day, so I’m not sure
