I am sharing a nice relaxing picture hoping that your Sunday is relaxing.
Right now I am enjoying my morning 🍵. Then I'll go for a walk with a friend. I don't have any big plans for the day other than some general cleaning and straightening up around the house. It is a three day weekend for most of us in the US so today and tonight will be more relaxed then usual.
I am moving right along with the abs challenge. Every other day seems to be core and abs but then again it is the abs challenge. I am enjoying it except it doesn't have enough upper body strength workouts with weights so I'll add one.
In case you are wondering the relaxing beach picture is Hawaii. My brother send it fom his vacation earlier this summer. Palm trees are always exotic and peaceful to me. What do you find exotic and peaceful?
