Wrist-Friendly Upper Body Workouts

Hi everyone!

I've been having wrist problems that severely limit my wrist mobility, making it impossible for me to do tall planks, pushups, etc. I'm working on resolving the issue, but in the meantime, I want to keep working my upper body. Unfortunately, the closest thing I have to weights are soup cans. Does anyone have recommendations for wrist-friendly, equipment-free upper body workouts?

Or while we're at it, tips for keeping wrists healthy and mobile?
