Don't underestimate recovery workouts

....Especially if you're out of shape, like I am !! LOL

I did this one yesterday (the one with Kelli's day-glo neon orange pants) and I am sore ALL OVER. My arms, core, and glutes are toasted. This was a super effective routine and over in 30 minutes which is perfect for me. I am looking forward to integrating more of these types of workouts into the next few weeks.

What are your favorite recovery workouts so I can put them on my calendar? Ideally 40 minutes or under, total body focused.
