On a short break in France, Brittany, the north west coast. In spite of the weather looking drab and not very inviting, we decided to brave it and go hiking anyway. Advantage: not many people about!!
It was a beautiful - short but with lots of steep bits - hike, out along the coastal path (overgrown and very wet in places) and back further inland across quiet roads and fields. Heartrate went up nicely on the climbs so I guess that’s a #cardioworkoutcomplete!
As we hadn’t counted on the weather being this grim and cold, we went to a sports shop just now, to get some more fleeces and leggings! 🤭🤣🤣🤣.
