Sometimes you're just hungry after a workout lol

Anyone else get done with a workout and take liberties on the "nutritious meal" step? Like maybe eating the rest of your kids' mac and cheese straight out of the pot while thinking "this is probably not what Kelli meant but yum"? No? Just me...?

Most days I workout right before lunch, so I'll have a pretty balanced meal afterwards. Occasionally it's whatever is in front of me haha
