Body diversity

Just an idea to throw out into the FB universe:

I just finished one of Nicole’s workouts and was thinking about how refreshing it is to see a pregnant woman in the fitness space. This led me to think about how exercise, for someone like myself (body image and disordered eating issues), can be a difficult space to navigate. It’s easy to get caught up in the physical rewards of movement.

This is what attracted me to FB in the first place; the holistic approach. In this way, I was thinking that it would be cool to follow training led by practitioners with even greater body diversity - bigger bodies, differently abled bodies, etc.

This is probably something already on the FB radar but just felt like opening the discussion 😊
