This breakfast is super yummy and so easy to put together.
Leftover plain quinoa, apple diced, cinnamon, peanut butter, add a couple tablespoons of water for moisture. Microwave until apples are cooked about 6 minutes. Stir at the 3 minutes mark and finish cooking. Add honey on top and smear around then poor some kefir your ready to eat.
