Benchmark workout complete

Yesterday it was 30 degrees (C - 86F), today it is cooling down a lot and it is only 19 degrees (67F). Good day to have the benchmark workout scheduled. I think my body is still recuperating from days of insane temperatures, because the cardio portions went the same as at the beginning of the program, or even a little less. I can also tell I have stopped incorporating hollow man hold in my training sessions.. So guess I know what to do. My upperbody strength is definitely improving though. I have done this workout 4 times now. First time was 3 months ago. I see awesome changes in my list and in my body.

I think I will be sore tomorrow, but I am feeling amazing and proud right now. Thanks Tasha for this awesome workout!
