Good Tuesday morning Blenders!

It should rain all day here. The type of day to stay in and watch movies. Loki is currently sleeping on my lap. I’m in no rush to get my day started.

I’m dealing with another setback, as my hips are acting up. I’m going to stick to the PT exercises that worked for me in the past. All of this is really testing my patience, but I have to remember that I can’t rush my body.

I’m also working on my sleep pattern, as it has changed in the past couple of weeks. I used to sleep a solid 4 hours and then wake up and sometimes struggle to fall back asleep, but now I sleep 2 hours and have to get up to go to the bathroom, and then again 2 hours later. I will now aim to finish drinking the 2L of water I drink daily by 6pm, to see if that makes a difference.
