Is it okay to combine active and passive stretching?

Hello everyone! Hope you're all fit, happy, and save.

Just a quick question: Is it okay to combine active and passive stretching (Yin-Yoga style, long hold in every posture) during the same workout session?

I did watch an old video from Daniel with thorough explanations between the two types of stretching but didn't find any clues whether it's okay or not to combine the two. (Or maybe I miss the info?)
