One arm is stronger than the other... significantly

I play volleyball (I'm very young, just school volleyball), and yesterday I did my first bit of cardio, which had quite a bit of arm movement. Today, my left arm is super sore, but my right arm is fine because of spiking and serving for volleyball.

This brings to my attention that my arms are out of balance. Is there anything I could do to even them out?
