Perspiration Pals Monday August 22nd

Hey Pals, how are things going for you today? I present you with some wild growing black eyed Susans snapped on my walk this morning to help make your Monday a little brighter.

What's your FB calendar saying to you today? I started the Reboot program with a short bodyweight workout and added a 10 minute lower body resistance band workout for good measure. I can't mark today complete yet though, as I still have an article to read. I didn't realize reading articles was part of the Reboot program. I'll consider that a little extra challenge for myself. Do you have a favorite FB article that has made a difference in your mindset or approach to excercise or nutrition? Or maybe just an article that you found particularly interesting?
