HKS (Healthy, Kind & Support) Accountability Group 21 August 🌸

Hey folks,

Welcome to this Sunday edition of HKS. Expecting my landlord at any moment so this will be quick 😅

So, last week I was introduced to the concept of human "being" vs human "doing". And it was such a simple one and yet I never really thought about it. When I was asked to think a bit more about it, I felt sorry to realise that I just didn't know how to be the "being" part without guilt. Like I can't have a peaceful weekend if I haven't had a super productive week before. Otherwise I tend to work couple of hours in the weekend and then feel I can now have some peace and quiet.

I'm actively incorporating these thoughts to question my "doings". Also trying to write what my "being" activities are.

How about you? Where would you place yourself on the being vs doing spectrum?

It's a rest day for me in terms of workouts.
