Daniel's new workout!

Note to self - when Daniel posts a new workout which is only 23 minutes long (this one https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/cardio-strength-and-core-combo-quick-total-body-workout ) don't think to yourself "Oh, a short workout, I think I might go through it twice! I l was absolutely destroyed by the second round! Definitely going in my favourites though - for those days when I just don't have the time to workout, I can usually carve out 20 minutes! Dont' think I will do the double run next time ;)
