New Plus Video: Unconventional Exercises for a Stronger Back

One of my very first workouts was an unconventional stretching workout for the low back. Today’s release builds upon that concept:

Prehab workouts, like the one we’re sharing today, serve a number of purposes. In this routine, we’ll show you new planes of movement to bulletproof your back against current (and hopefully future) episodes of back pain. These exercises are non-weight bearing but still pose a challenge to your strength and range of motion. We won’t follow the Bored Easily format, but you can still maintain focus with unpredictable timer variations and new movements. 

It’s highly likely that you or someone you know will benefit from this workout. Several members of the FitnessBlender team struggle with back pain, and we maintain our spinal health through important workouts like these. Contrary to popular belief, prehab is anything but boring. It’s about discovering new patterns of movement and ensuring that your body is prepped for your favorite exercises as well as everyday movement.
