Progress!

I write down the weights I lift at the gym. These were today's numbers. Definitely making progress. I can't upload 2 pictures otherwise I could show the comparison with the numbers from the first day at the gym. I'm especially happy with the squats and hip thrust. Couldn't do the Lateral pulldown today because the machine was constantly occupied. But got in my workout complete. Next week I will probably try 45 kilo for the barbell squats. 40 kilo is neither easy nor hard, so this week I will stick with 40. Very happy to have reached that number. Also had to run errands today and go to therapy so I also got over 12k steps in. My feet are sore and I'm very hungry. But also very satisfied 😌 who else has earned their workout complete for today?
