I’ve been in a restrictive diet for months

Hi everyone! I have been restricting my calorie intake for months now. I only eat 300-900 calories a day. I thought that I would be losing weight faster that way. But now, I decided to stop and lose weight the healthier way. Can you guy give me tips to lose weight healthier? Should I still track my calorie intake or not? Should I eat less than the calories I burn through exercise or something? I’ll gladly appreciate all your help.
