How's it going on this halfway day? More good than not good I hope!
Seems like the week is doing its classic dragging but speeding along for me. But nevertheless stuff and things to do.
Including a workout? It is a question, because some days need nothing to do with structured sweat sessions.
So what is it, Blenderz? I'm not sold on anything specific, but maybe something more core-centric.
And what about the food? I think we might be grilling a couple steaks and have some coleslaw on the side. That sounds pretty good.
