Hey Blendiez. How are you today? Good or mostly good I hope.
I'm hanging in there. Better now that Monday is over and behind me. It was a bit of a stressful day to say the least. And definitely required some extra doggy and kitty cuddles.
But for today I got my dogs in a row. Literally with today's Dogust photo. And as a bonus, tongues are out for Tuesday!😉
So how about the workouts? ..I think I need to do some kickboxing today. There's a little leftover (maybe not so little) anger I need to get out and maybe some air punching can help with that. I hope your workout is beneficial to you today.
Food is still going I don't know strong. I'll figure something out. I hope your meals benefit you as well.
