Good Tuesday morning Blendfriends!

This was a strange night for me as I slept 7 hours but had vivid dreams and it feels like the night was over in the blink of an eye. Not exactly restful, to say the least.

I am thinking that because of the lack of continuous progress with my ankle and feeling so tired these past two weeks, I am letting myself drown in negative thoughts and feelings, and turning back to unhealthy old habits. Once again I need to remind myself that I am worth taking better care of myself, even if I mess up some days, even if I have not been working out.

How do you handle set backs? Do you use it as an opportunity to learn and grow? Do you just pick yourself up and brush it off? Do you let feelings run their course before you are able to move forward? There is no wrong answer, just whatever works best for you.
