Just wanted to say thanks for all the feedback on “do I have to do hiit” It’s made me feel better about things and not feel pressured - I’ve always put far too much pressure on myself! I know to listen to my body but to hear it from you guys will help me practice it!

I’ve decided, especially with my medication induced tiredness, that I will walk and do some gentler exercises like Pilates and stretching, then build up from there. I wonder if I’ve been pushing myself too hard, and maybe a slow and easy approach will enable my body and mind to get stronger and push past the tiredness.

When I feel more able, I will maybe do a short hiit before strength, maybe not…. 😂 Ido like kickboxing so maybe do that instead , see how I feel.

It’s funny how things change as you get older, when I was younger I loved hiit! I guess things are bound to change though
