Calorie Deficit

Hi,

I’m wondering if anyone can help. I have two questions.

The past 2 years I have put on quite a lot of weight (I am 13 stone 10 now and I’m 22)

I used to calorie count and I did get to 10 stone and then I stopped

I have started calorie counting again now, I am on 1800 a day and I still feel hungry at night and want to binge. Do I just stick with it and I’m time I’ll get used to it because I’m losing weight?

If anyone has any better options or advice please let me know

Also, how many “unhealthy” meals do people have per week? I do like a certain type of meal that is really unhealthy and I’m not sure how often I can eat it
