Has anyone started a workout program whilst pregnant?

I know this isn't the time to start a crazy hiit routine lol but I'm 10 weeks pregnant and I feel extremely unhealthy all I'm craving are sweets and snacks, full meals or anything with too much of a not sweet flavor makes me nauseous. I've started to eat more fruit and I purchased a cheap blender to make smoothies it has been very helpful. So I'm just wondering can I do super low impact workouts and should I avoid anything core related? I haven't worked out in six years by the way so I know I have to be careful
