HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group August 6th

Good early Saturday morning!

David and I actually woke up around 3:30am. I am hoping to fall back asleep and catch some more zzzzs before starting my day.

I will be at the job fair for our new store again today, but this will be a shorter work day. Yesterday was stressful, as I knew I had mounting work to do but I had to be available to welcome candidates. I eventually managed to get work off of my mind and accept that I would get back to it on Monday, and the rest of my day was more enjoyable.

Do you have tips and tricks to quiet your mind when stress is mounting? Please feel free to share.
