Good Friday morning everyone!
Normally, I would be looking forward to finishing early and starting my weekend, but I will be working tomorrow, and today I am working 11am-8pm for the job fair for our new store opening in September. That is the worst shift ever created, as you have to eat lunch very late to tide you over until you get home after work, or you have to skip lunch and eat only supper at a more normal time. I will be bringing lots of healthy snacks to get me through the day.
I will also go on a 30-minute walk this morning and that will be my movement for the day. I cannot work out in the morning as I get nauseous. I am making today’s less than ideal schedule work for me.
