So I just finished this for the first time :
And I feel so good! It really wasn’t as bad as I imagined , it wasn’t easy for sure but it certainly wasn’t as awful as I had got myself thinking it would be before.
I was so hungry by the time the cool down was done I ended up taking my snack bar into the shower with me 🤣.
I’m definitely going to do a bit of extra stretching later on and I think I might even tackle this one again in the future (very distant future 🤣).
What are some of your favourite 1000 calorie workouts to do? Anyone got one scheduled soon ?
