I am the type of person who eats the same thing for breakfast every single day until I get tired of it. I ate oatmeal every day for about 2 years, then natural PB on whole wheat toast for about 3-4 years, now it’s Raisin Bran because cereal was the only thing I could tolerate for breakfast during my pregnancy. Now that I’m not pregnant, I’d like to get out of the habit of eating sugary cereals.
I like sweeter things for breakfast. Not a big fan of waking up and eating something savory.
