Working out when sick

Hey everyone!!

So I’ve come down with a pretty bad cold which has given me a bad headache but the rest of my body feels absolutely fine (no muscle aches etc)

I didn’t know whether to just push myself through my scheduled workout today and I suppose potentially risk feeling worse.. Or just not do it and go for a walk or something?

I’m not good at working out when I am ill enough to just pack in the workouts and rest 🤣
