I’m 10 weeks post partum after c section with twins and finally got back to exercising in July. Some days my workouts were only 10 minutes long. Some days it took my 3 hours to finish a 20 minute workout with so many interruptions…but I’m proud of myself for finding a little time in my week. I’m also proud of myself for not beating myself up if I go a few days without exercising and for being ok with my new body. I really thought my new body would bother me and I’m so surprised that it doesn’t.
Just wanted to share and celebrate this small victory :)
