Workout Suggestion

I was feeling a bit 'meh' about my workout on Friday, I wanted to do something but I couldn't work out what I felt like doing.

Ended up combining these two:

That got me thinking it might be fun to have an actual workout combining kettlebells and kickboxing.

I dont know how or if that would work but just throwing it out there for future consideration!
