New FB Plus Workout: Low-Impact Bodyweight HIIT

Low Impact Bodyweight HIIT: Remove-One Ladder Style

I’ve been wanting to film a “remove-one style” format for quite some time as I LOVE getting challenged in Tasha’s routines. I must say, I truly enjoyed filming this! It fits where I am right now (in both pregnancy and fitness level) with an adequate amount of challenge. Sweaty, but without all the impact is right up my alley right now.

It boasts all the benefits of a HIIT routine and is overall a very scalable level 3 workout. Plus, I offer plenty of options in the write-up for how you can increase the intensity to a level 4, if you want!

On a personal note, although this workout was filmed several weeks ago I’m about 4 weeks out from having this baby. I'm currently in full "nesting" mode to get the house cleaned, prepped and ready!
