HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group July 26th

Good Tuesday morning everyone!

My colleague is now on vacation for two weeks and I am taking care of all the stores in the province. Yesterday morning, I experiences mounting anxiety as I had to complete reporting of all of the store hours before 9am and I could see more than 90 emails waiting for me in my inbox. I really had to take deep breaths to center myself and settle my mind. Thus today’s quote below and meme above 😁

I have a PT appointment later today and I am eager to see if new exercises will be added to my program. I plan on going on a 20-minute walk this morning and to do day 5 of the Mass Challenge at lunchtime. And if David does not come home too tired from work, we’ll attend a free concert in a park by the Montréal Symphony Orchestra tonight.

What are your plans for the day? I suggest taking a moment to just breathe and focus within yourself.
