Ok, so, today is a day that I would like to crawl back under my rock and wait for further instructions, so I'm gonna get right to checking in.

Workouts? Yay or nay?

Yay, I spose. I have Flex scheduled on my calendar, and today is the Chest and Lats superset. So I'll get to that later.

Food? What's on the menu?
