Getting in shape without burning out?

So I've been on a long journey with FB Complete over the past month or so and feel like I'm hitting a wall. I haven't had time in my schedule to complete more than 1-2 workouts per week, and I know it is hindering my progress. Especially with choosing lighter routines since I am a beginner again and get sore easily. I am working on opening up my schedule so I have more time to take care of my body which I am really looking forward to!

My question to you guys: is it realistic to get in shape doing moderate exercise 3x week? Back when I was in the best shape, my body only seemed to respond to intense exercise 5x per week doing HIIT and lifting routines to see any results. Maybe my body type is just more resistant than some. But I am trying to be mindful of my limitations with having panic disorder, and don't want to over-do the workouts and trigger panic attacks. But I also fear that if I am only doing lighter routines, that I won't see results from that at all. What are your thoughts?
