Perspiration Pals July 18 2022

Hey Palz, how's it going for you today? For me, I find the early morning has slipped away and I'm already at the office so I have to make this quick.

So what's on you fitness horizon? I had a favorite upper body strength workout with Daniel. Seems like many people prefer lower body workouts but I like upper body best. Even though I tend to lift lighter, upper body weight training makes me feel strong. You know what seems to be no one's favorite? Core! So tell me, what's your least favorite core excercise? There's so many to choose from, but if I had to do jackknife crunches to get an extra 5 minutes of sleep, I would never use the snooze option again.
