Daily Check-in: Monday, July 18th

Hello my lovely FB Fam!

How was your weekend? And how was your weekend with Ingeborg? Or should I say, Inge?^^ Thank you, Inge, for another round of wonderful ghosting and being a delightful ghostess! Already look forward to the next!

But now we got me and a Monday. So let's dive into that starting with the workouts or no workouts that you have planned. Week 2 of Runners for me and my budz, and that involves lower body. And with a title like 360, surely there's nowhere for them glutes to hide.

And to follow up with food, well, what are you eating? I just want food and more food, but not quite sure on the specifics. I hope you have more of an idea and feel all the free to share it!

I also think Monday could also use a little puppy power. Well every day could use puppies and doggos in my book, but here is my latest little FT Kr who is being a bit of a model here. He is wicked smart and maybe even too cute for his own good.
