New FREE Workout! 23-Minute Cardio, Strength, and Core Combo

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I have a great workout for you that is fast paced, intense and gives you some total body cardio, strength, and core work all in 23 minutes.

Cardio, Strength, and Core Combo: Quick Total Body Workout

This total body routine is designed for people without much time for exercise or those who would just rather be doing pretty much anything else. Its fast paced nature will make your mind feel like you only spent half the time to get it done but your body will feel like you did double the time. You have the choice of using dumbbells to make this more heavily focused on strength or doing it body wight only and be able to do it pretty much anywhere. This is rated a level 4 out of 5 difficulty but all of these moves can easily be modified to make it doable for almost anyone. 4 out of 5 not difficult enough? Then try the whole thing wearing a weighted vest or incorporate dumbbells into the cardio and core exercises as well. As with all of our routines, make it your own and meet yourself where you are today.
