Perspiration Pals 13 July 2022

Hello Pals! I hope you’re well and strong enough to work out and more importantly, enjoy life a little. Or a lot, if you can. I kept staring at the cursor for a while before I even managed to type a single sentence… One of those days. I had a bit of a disappointment a couple of days ago and I’m trying not to take it to heart too much. Anyway, that’s not what today’s question is going to be about.

I’m reading Artemis by Andy Weir now it gave me the idea to ask you something that’s related to exercise and our beloved Moon. (Yes, the Moon seems to be a recurring topic) So we know that the Moon’s gravity is 1/6th of the Earth so working out would be a completely different experience on the Moon. What exercise would try to do if you were on the Moon? I would love to try lizard hops or star jumps. Jumping jacks would be fun too.

Back to Earth. I did Day 3 of the Kickboxing Challenge and even my brain got a bit tired… I liked it. What about you? Or are you on holiday lying in a hammock?

Have an easy day, Pals, and look at the images from the James Webb Telescope!
