Hi everyone and happy Monday to you wherever you are and whatever you're up to. We'd love to hear all about your plans below.

As far as the meme for today, in my case you can substitute FB Challenges for classes. I haven't done a program/challenge since completing Strong 2 and Mobility in February. Since then I've done my own 4 week routine and have been self scheduling workouts with a heavy focus on Pilates. Throw in back pain and an ankle sprain and I'm feeling much more like the hesitant husky than I am the intrepid lamb as I plan to start the Bored Easily Challenge today with a lower body workout that includes strength.

I took today off of work because after last week I needed it. It's going to be hot and my friend for whom I am pet sitting has an empty pool and I plan to make the best of that.
