Two New High-Protein Dinner Recipes

This week we have an admittedly unique recipe theme of…lentils! Lentils are high in protein and fiber, they have great “chew,” and they absorb other flavors, making them a fabulous addition or meat substitution. 

Our first recipe is a yummy vegetarian bolognese made with lentils, carrots, onions, and tomatoes. Vegan? Just omit the parmesan garnish! 

Our second recipe is a hearty lentil stew topped with chicken seasoned with tangy dijon and savory sage. Between the lentils and lean meat, this dinner packs a protein punch!
