Today’s release is a quick add-on for those who suffer with cranky piriformis muscle:

Deep Hip Stability and Strength Workout: Activate the Piriformis Muscle

The piriformis, a tiny muscle hidden deep beneath the glutes, plays a major role in hip stabilization and mobility. Runners and cyclists may be more susceptible to Piriformis Syndrome due to repetitive movements, and thus may benefit from preventative approaches like this workout. 

As your physical needs evolve, the purpose of these workouts will change. That being said, it’s not easy to accurately determine the Difficulty Level for these focused routines, and you may disagree with my rating depending on your health status. Given this, I would appreciate any feedback on other ways we can rate these workouts to help you make informed decisions for your body and workout program.
