Looking for lying workouts!

Hi everyone,

I hope this is the correct subtopic for my question.

I'm looking for lying workouts that I can do comfortably on my mat. At the moment it's very painful for me to stand on my feet, which is why I really struggle doing any strength / cardio / HIIT workout :(

Yesterday I did one of my favorites, Kellis "Ascending Rep Pilates Butt and Thigh Workout for Glute Activation" (50 minutes long!), and it worked really well as I didn't have to stand on my feet once. Thanks to my resistance bands, it was quite the workout as well!

Which made me think ... can you think of any other workouts that can be done without standing for a longer period of time? Either lying down or maybe even some upper body strength workouts that can be done while sitting?
