HKS (Healthy Kind Support) Accountability July 5th

Good Tuesday morning!

I hope this day will find you in good spirits. What is on the menu for today, both in terms of maybe planning a workout or a rest day and what delicious foods you will be enjoying? Everyone is welcome to share and add a comment 🙂

After a long work day yesterday, I need to finish earlier today, as I have my second PT appointment at 4pm. I find that the exercises I was given to do at home are getting a bit easier, but then I’ll have days where the pain is more intense. I guess it’s normal to deal with some progress and setbacks during this process. I’m eager to see what the therapist will say and how I move forward.

I plan to complete day 2 of the Mass challenge sometime this morning, taking a break from work, as I suspect I won’t be able to do much after my PT. Also thinking ahead, we planned for a simple meal of rice and veggies, with some plant-based protein for me, so I won’t need to be on my feet much after the appointment.
