Today was my first time ever working out in a hotel gym. They had the heavier set of Powerblock weights, so I was super excited to get to do deadlifts with heavier weights! Mine at home are the lighter set which are heavy enough for everything but my deadlifts. After warm-up, and 30 minutes of heavy lifting, I got to try the eliptical for a bit, then cooled down on the bike. So much fun to use equipment I don't have at home. Best of all I had the gym to myself for an hour, and still got back to my room before my family woke up!
