How to make the switch

Hi guys!

My husband and I have been shifting over to eating healthier, more plant based meals. The switch isn't too difficult for me as I was raised with whole food nutrition, however my husband was raised with food from a bag or a box. He has come a long way since we got married a year and a half ago, but there are still a lot of things he will not touch, and they are pretty staple foods (avocado, tomatoes, beans, etc.). Does anyone have any suggestions on what to make to help the transition to fully whole foods go smoother?
