FBbodyweight w/ low impact modifications?

Hello, I have osteoarthritis and I must do low impacts workouts only, no jumping. I bought the low impact program, but I am thinking of the bodeyweight program, because I don't have dumbbells, and it takes a considerable time to change the weights (I use water bottles) and sometimes I don't workout at all because of the weights.

Is it worth buying the bodyweight program if I make the low impact modifications on my own? (I don't think they're always available)
