Want to buy Powerblocks, any advice? What's the difference between the Pro, Sport and Elite series and how much weight is recommended? Maybe the Pro 32 series as Kelly is (was?) using?

(Am a female, 42 yo, just starting again after pregnancies (but have been quite active in all sorts of sports before, from the Netherlands).
